Now that Wonder Woman has been defeated by her step-sister Wonder Vivian and knocked out by a rag soaked in something sinister, it’s time for the captive to be disarmed and humiliated! Still laying on the floor, Wonder Woman is given several arm checks to make sure she’s not pretending to be defeated. After insuring that Wonder Woman is indeed insensate, her magic lasso of truth is detached from her belt and is immediately confiscated by Vivian for safekeeping. Shortly after that, Wonder Woman’s silver-colored feminum bracelets are confiscated, followed after that by the removal of her golden belt of strength. Now deprived of her super-strength and her invulnerability, Wonder Woman slowly recovers and discovers a twisted midget leering over her, grinning maniacally… DOCTOR PSYCHO!

Painfully rising to a sitting position, Wonder Woman instinctively reaches for her magic lasso but finds it missing. Realizing that she’s now powerless in the face of her greatest enemy, Wonder Woman puts on a brave face but the look of terror in her eyes gives it all away. Doctor Psycho uses his telepathic powers to Wonder Woman’s limbs into action. Using a telekinetic wave of r. Psycho laughs as he makes Wonder Woman raise and lower her arms at his whim, and WW to grope and grab at herself by making her touch her own breasts and even putting an invisible telekinetic ‘touch’ across her crotch. Without her super-strength, Wonder Woman isn’t strong enough to make Dr. Psycho stop putting his invisible-yet-telekinetic paws all over her body and so she suffers silently, refusing to feed into his sick desires by begging him to stop. When Dr. Psycho uses his telepathic powers though to control her mind, Wonder Woman has enough mental discipline to keep her mind free from his manipulations, even without her powers. Realizing that he can only control her body and not her mind, Dr. Psycho leaves to go to his laboratory to engineer a second so that he can control WW as easily as he controls Wonder Vivian.

Wonder Woman is dragged up off the floor and brought to a special holding cell where waves of purple energy cascade down in sheets of raw electrical power. Wonder Woman touches the field with just her fingertip and receives a very powerful numbing burst of plasma-based electricity. Without her magic bracelets to deflect the energy and without her magic lasso to rope the control switch across the room, all WW can do is pace angrily back and forth and await her fate as Dr. Psycho leaves to go to his laboratory and Wonder Vivian shuffles along behind him like a mindless slave. Wonder Woman paces the length of her cell for several hours, hoping to a weakness in the cell’s design but finds nothing. It is only when she sees that her red rubberized boots seem to be insulated against the field’s electrical power and can pass through without being ‘zapped’ that she starts to put a plan together.

Taking off one of her boots, she realizes that it’s insulated enough to pass through the field and it has enough weight to it to use it like a weapon to hurl across the room to strike the switch controlling the electrical field. Her first throw with her left boot hits the switch but isn’t thrown with enough to make the switch pop down to the OFF position and it clatters away. Taking off her other boot, Wonder Woman knows this is her last chance and with one carefully-aimed toss she finally succeeds and deactivates the bars on her cell! Wonder Woman’s joyous celebration though is cut short when Wonder Vivian returns to the cell a few moments later and WW has to ‘play possum’ on the floor and pretend to be resting when Wonder Vivian approaches. Then, driven by urgency, Wonder Woman formulates a new plan, one that involves throttling Wonder Vivian and defeating HER in order to get revenge against the diabolical Dr. Psycho? how does this turn out?
