Female doctor Arashiyama Risa fights villains every day as Raystorm， a warrior of light. Hearing rumors that a patient has been disappearing alone at a local hospital， Arashiyama Risa enlists the help of the hospital director， an acquaintance of her late father， and goes undercover under the pretext of training. There， she witnesses the scene of patients being kidnapped and used for human experiments. Arashiyama Risa transforms into Raystorm and tries to punish the evildoers， but vicious monsters await her.
